IDAHO Day marked at NNUH
The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital will be flying the Rainbow Flag in support of IDAHO Day on 17 May. IDAHO Day International Day Against Homophobia is an international effort to stamp out homophobia and transphobia.
There will be an information stand, run by Norwich Pride and Unite, in the East Atrium at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital between 10am and 3pm.
Nick Coveney, Director of Nursing at NNUH, said: By celebrating this day, we hope to highlight the needs of minority communities so that we can deliver the best possible healthcare experience to everyone we serve.
