The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is holding a fundraising Summer Wonderland Fete with a Mad Hatters Tea Party theme from 4 – 8pm this Thursday (12th July) in aid of the hospital’s charity. The event which is taking place at the Colney Lane site is free and will have attractions for all the family, as well as a several sittings for the Mad Hatters Tea Party.

There will be craft stalls, cakes, games including pin the grin on the Cheshire Cat, lawn croquet, a treasure hunt and other competitions all with great prizes available. There will be the chance to win an iPad or PlayStation Vita in a raffle. There will also be outdoor theatre performances at 4.30pm and 6.30pm.

There will also be Tea Party refreshments available with cupcakes, cookies, jam tarts and sandwiches as well as a BBQ and ice-cream, and a number of Norfolk suppliers selling food, drinks, jewellery and crafts from across the county.

Tickets are required for the Tea Party and cost £3.50 for adults and £2.50 for children. Tea Party sittings will be held at 4.15pm, 5.15pm and 6.15pm. Tickets can be purchased in advance by telephoning 01603 259270 or by emailing fundraising@nnuh.nhs.uk.
