All Hospital Arts Projects are funded by grant giving organisations and charitable donations.

There are many ways in which you can help the Hospital Arts Project: you can give us your feedback on your experience of artworks, tell your friends about us, and of course make a donation.

How to donate to the Hospital Arts Project

If you would like to donate to the Hospital Arts Project please:

•  Donation of Funding Form
  This is used for individuals to make a personal donation to the Hospital Arts Project
  
  
• Gift Aid Declaration Form
  This is used to donate funding by Gift Aid to the Hospital Arts Project
  
  
• Gift of item Form
  This is used to donate a gift such as an artwork, historic artefact a book or bench
