Dementia Awareness Week is the Alzheimer’s Society’s annual flagship awareness-raising campaign. It will take place from 19-25 May 2013 in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.The theme for this year's Dementia Awareness Week is 'TALKING'. During this week there will be activites and several displays in the East Atrium to show case how the healthcare teams support and develop services for patients with dementia their families and carers. There will be members of the teams during the week to talk to staff patients and visitors. Please contact us if you would like to be involved.
