Talk on trauma care at NNUH

The public are being invited to attend a talk about specialist trauma services available at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for patients who have received life-threatening injuries, for example from a road traffic accident.

The talk will take place from 6pm to 8pm on 19th April in the Benjamin Gooch Lecture Theatre at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.

The speakers will be Dr Victor Inyang, Consultant in A&E and Mr Ben Davis, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon.

NNUH Chairman David Prior says: “I have had personal experience of a major accident and literally put my life in the hands of Dr Inyang and Mr Davis. Their talks will demonstrate the very high standard of medical and surgical treatment available at the NNUH for patients who need both the resources of a comprehensive A&E department and the skills required to repair complex and sometimes horrific fractures.”

Anyone interested in attending can call the Communications Team on 01603 287634 or e-mail membership@nnuh.nhs.uk
