NNUH is an outstanding organisation with exceptional patient and carer experience where people feel listened to, action is taken and we work in partnership with patients and carers, especially those who are seldom heard, to continually improve.
You can help us to achieve this by sharing your experiences of care – as a patient, a carer, a visitor.
Your experience may be excellent, ok, not very good or awful – or may be a mixture. We want to hear about it – to listen, to hear, to act to improve.
Talk to us
If you have a worry or a concern or want to praise the care received you can do so directly to the staff involved – be that the nurse, doctor, ward sister or clinic manager. We want to hear from you straight away of there is an issue so we can do our best to resolve it – we care about the care we give.
