Professional Profile: I am a consultant gastroenterologist and general physician, currently the Cancer Network Lead for the Upper GI cancer SSG. I hold a SIFT funded post with responsibility for teaching medical students in Unit 8. I am also a facilitator for the Royal College of Physicians Physicians as Educators Course and run courses in London, Oxford and Cambridge. I run the capsule endoscopy service and have published articles relating to the clinical application and basic science background to this technique.
