Overview

A clinical Guideline  To:

  • Indicate which infants should undergo routine cerebral ultrasound scans in the NICU
  • Guide the appropriate timing of cranial USS in these infants
  • Identify germinal matrix haemorrhage GMH intraventricular haemorrhage IVH periventricular haemorrhage PVH and periventricular leukomalacia PVL in high-risk infants
  • Guide proper requesting performing transmission reporting and documentation of cranial USS done on the NICU

Clinical Guidelines
