We support staff in fulfilling their potential, identify those who have the recognised qualities to carry out a leadership role and will offer a range of development opportunities to enable development, whether this is within the same role or as potential route to a new career. Our hospitals provide an excellent learning environment for initial nurse training and is consistently well evaluated by students on placement.
