Young Persons Unit (YPU)
We now have designated beds on Cringleford Ward specifically for our younger patients aged between 16 -21 years.
The aim of the YPU is to bridge the gap between children’s and adult services by providing an environment more suitable for young people. Patients will still remain under the appropriate speciality clinical teams. There are facilities for parents to stay overnight if this is required. For more information about the unit visit the Young Persons Unit page .
If you have private health insurance ask your GP or consultant about being treated in our Private Patient Unit.
If you do not have private health insurance, you can also pay directly and we can provide you with treatment quotes and advice about a variety of procedures.
