If you are unable to attend your appointment it is very important that you let us know as soon as possible so that we can give the appointment to someone else.
Patients are welcome to bring someone with them to their appointment; however, there is limited space in the waiting areas so we request that this is limited to one person.
Please feel free to ask any member of staff if you have any questions during your visit
