Putting the Art into Intensive Care
The Lucky Star Restaurant is working with the Hospital Arts Project to help raise funds for the Intensive Therapy Unit (ITU) at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
The restaurant is donating 1,000 meals in a bid to fund new decorations for the walls and ceilings in the ITU. Anyone who buys a Gold Card for £10.99 from the Hospital Arts Project will be entitled to a full buffet meal at the Lucky Star Restaurant on
The hospital environment goes a long way to helping the recovery process and we want to commission artwork that will be a focus of interest for both patients and their visitors, explains hospital arts co-ordinator Emma Jarvis.
We will be seeking the views of staff and patients to find out what works best for patients at this crucial time.
