Family Planning Clinic changes

The Norwich Family Planning Clinic is changing some of its clinic times from October 1 in a move designed to improve the efficiency of the service and to better fit the needs of people wanting to use the service.

The changes take effect from 1st October, and will see extended clinic times. Clinics on Wednesdays will end and clients will be able to attend extended sessions on the other days of the week.

Open access and appointment only clinics will continue to run at the Grove Road clinic on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays (under 25's clinic). The new drop-in clinic times are:

• Monday 9.30am to 11.30am
• Tuesday 9.30am to 7pm
• Thursday 9.30am to 11.30am
• Friday 2pm to 4.15pm
• Saturday 10am to mid-day (under 25s)

Appointment clinics can be booked on 01603 287345. The family planning clinic can help with all methods of contraception, counselling about unwanted pregnancy, and well woman screening.
