Newly qualified nurses offered posts
A total of 33 nurses who are qualifying from the University of East Anglia, Norwich (UEA) will be starting their nursing careers with the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Trust.
There are 32 nurses who will be joining the staff of the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and one nurse who will be joining the team at Cromer Hospital after qualifying from the UEA's School of Nursing and Midwifery.
Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Trust deputy director of nursing Carol Edwards said: “We are in the very lucky position as a university hospital to be able to work closely with the UEA and to recruit many of their students.”
The nurses are taking up their posts with the Trust during March. The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Trust employs 1,563 wholetime equivalent registered nursing and midwifery staff at its hospitals in Norwich and Cromer.
