Norfolk’s best produce on offer at hospital Open Day and Fete

Norfolk produce and crafts will be showcased at the Open Day and Fete being held from 11am to 4pm on Saturday 18th June at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.

Seventeen local suppliers will be part of the hospital fete selling food, drink, crafts, jewellery, and toys.  There will be activities for children at the event, including hand & face painting, games, a bouncy castle and inflatable slide.  Plants, books, crafts and homemade cakes will be available for visitors to buy.  Refreshments will include a Hog Roast, ice cream and barbeque.

A Battle of Britain flypast takes place at 12.50pm as part of the hospital’s 10 year anniversary at the Colney Lane site.

Entry and car parking for the event will be free.  The fete is raising funds for the Norwich Cots for Tots appeal, expanding the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit which cares for sick and premature babies.
