Friends of Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital to host next year's Royal Norfolk Show Ball.

The charity chosen by the Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association to organise next year's show ball will be the Friends of Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.

The theme of next years ball will be Midsummers Night dream as the ball will be taking place the night after Midsummer Night on Friday 22nd June 2012.

David Prior, Chair of the Friends of the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital said “the Royal Norfolk Show Ball is a most prestigious event for us to be involved with and we hope that we will raise over £100,000 for the Friends. The Friends our fundraising, voluntary, charitable organisation have supported the work of the hospital for many years by providing services which enhance the well-being of patients and staff as well as raising funds for the purchase of medical equipment and provision of amenities for the added comfort of patients and their families”.

The night will be a fun-filled evening with a three-course meal, live music, bubbly and dancing. There will also be prizes through the various raffles and auctions. Tickets are £67 and tables are for between eight and 12 people.
