Reindeer, carols and cake – could only be one thing – Christmas

Father Christmas and two of his real-life reindeer will be paying a visit to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (NNUH) on Thursday 8th December when they make a guest appearance at the NNUH Christmas Fayre.

The Christmas Fayre which is taking place at the NNUH from 4 – 8pm will also feature an evening of music including the award winning Norwich Harmony Ladies Barbershop Chorus who will be be performing at 6.30pm in the West Atrium.

There will be an opportunity to have your photo taken with Santa and his reindeer outside the East Atrium as well as a chance to buy crafts including hand-made items such as jewellery, scarves, chocolates and fudge, Christmas wreaths, personalised baubles as well as works from local photographers and the Friends of NNUH charity Christmas cards.

Use your imagination to decorate a Christmas cake and you could also win a meal for 2 at one of the Flying Kiwis Inns in Norfolk. The competition is open to all ages and free to enter. Judging will take place during the Fayre, with the winner being announced at the end of the evening. For more information on how to enter, email fundraising@nnuh.nhs.uk.

Beth Coley, Fundraising Manager at the NNUH said, “This Fayre will give visitors of all ages a chance to look for something different for their loved ones and help the hospital raise funds at the same time. All proceeds will go to the NNUH Charitable Fund, which provides support for all areas of the hospital”.
