Acoustic night for Sparks4Hearts
A group of talented musicians are joining forces on 11 February at the Norwich Puppet Theatre to stage an acoustic evening in aid of the Norwich Sparks4Hearts charity appeal.
The money raised will help to provide equipment to further develop the electrophysiology service at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, saving local heart patients from having to travel to Papworth for more complex heart procedures.
Among those taking part will be soulful singer Laura Aitken, a sister in the angio suite at NNUH, and cardiology specialist nurse Simon Bowles, who sings and plays guitar with the seven-piece band Brother Pit. Also in the line-up are Culverkidd, including singer/songwriter Pete Lee, and The Thinking Men, who play roots/country/blues.
The Norwich Puppet Theatre is an excellent venue for music and holds around 180 people. The event starts at 7.30pm and tickets cost £8 per person. Telephone Norwich Puppet Theatre Box Office on 01603 629 921 to book tickets.
