Feedback is being sought on Travel to Cromer Hospital

Cromer and District Hospital is seeking feedback from patients about their travel to hospital over the next two weeks.

Questionnaires are being given out to patients who are attending appointments and copies are being circulated to 3,000 of the Trust’s members living in North Norfolk. The survey is also available online at www.nnuh.nhs.uk or from Cromer and District Hospital.

Helen Lloyd, Operational Manager for Cromer and District Hospital said: “The information from our last survey was used when we redeveloped Cromer Hospital and this is a good opportunity to seek further views and look at where we can make improvements.”

The survey is carried out every three years and forms part of the hospital’s Travel Plan.
