Circus Charity Ball in aid of NNUH NICU
Former patients of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (NNUH) revisited the unit to promote a forthcoming Charity Ball, being organised by Scallywag Events in aid of NICU.
The theme of the Charity Ball is “The Circus” and will taking place on Saturday 15th June 2013 in The Lancaster Suite of the Holiday Inn Norwich North.
Michelle Gregory owner of Scallywag Events said I have many friends who have been helped by the amazing staff on NICU at the NNUH and I hope that we will be able to raise a great deal of money for them The night will be fun filled with live circus entertainment, three course meal, disco dancing and a raffle.
Jill Wakley, NICU Matron said: We are very grateful to Scallywag Events for organising this event to raise funds for the unit. We always have a wish list of new equipment that we would like to acquire to further add to the quality of care we give our babies and their families. Such items include special cosy nests and head supports that help to provide proper positioning and physiological stability for preterm and ill babies. It is with the help of our fundraisers and events like this that we are able to do that little bit more”
Scallywag Events are also looking for corporate sponsorship and are able to offer many levels for this high profile event therefore if you are interested in becoming a sponsor, please contact/ Michelle on 07761978170 or email scallywagevents@gmail.com
