Last chance to nominate for hospital’s Patient Choice Award
Patients have until midnight on Thursday 2nd June to nominate an individual or team in the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (NNUH) Staff Awards.
So far more than 600 nominations have been received in the annual Staff Awards which cover both the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and Cromer Hospital.
The Patient Choice award, supported by the Eastern Daily Press, enables patients to nominate those staff who provide exceptional kindness, professional expertise or who have gone the extra mile in providing care.
NNUH Chief Executive Mark Davies says: “These awards are one of the ways in which we can all show our appreciation for the expertise, hard work and dedication of our staff. This particular category enables patients to nominate special members of the team here at NNUH who have gone above and beyond the call of duty to support and care to our patients and their families.”
Jane Scarfe, NNUH Deputy Lead Governor said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for patients to nominate those truly exceptional individuals or teams who have made a difference to their lives.”
The awards have been sponsored by Serco which provides a range of services at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
