NNUH appoints Chief People Officer

After a nationwide recruitment search, Paul Jones has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH).

Paul has most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer, helping open a new state of the art teaching hospital for Women and Children in the Middle East.  He has more than twenty years’ experience as a Human Resources Director, working for a number of hospitals including Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust and the Cambridge and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. He has also worked as a Senior Civil Servant, with his last appointment being the Group Director of Human Resources for HM Treasury.

Paul has lived with his family in Norfolk for the past 12 years, with his youngest son Gabriel being born at the NNUH.
