Keeping in touch

Virtual Visiting

We encourage “virtual visiting” as a way for friends and family to keep in touch with their loved ones via video-chatting apps on their phones and tablets.

We’re also using iPads – many donated to us – to enable patients and their family and friends to see and speak to each other while they’re in hospital. Our Speech & Language Therapy team is very happy to help anyone who needs assistance communicating. You can arrange a Virtual Visit by contacting the appropriate ward.
