Overview
The Trust has adopted the NICE guidance on Head Injury CG56 . However in children some recommendations by NICE in relation to assessment of a child with head injury may be difficult to follow for practical reasons. Please read ‘Further Considerations’ section before referring to NICE. These considerations should be used in conjunction with the NICE guideline.
