Misconduct Policy v.5
This policy outlines the approach to be taken when it is necessary to take action in respect of misconduct. We expect high professional standards of conduct and behaviour in line with our PRIDE values from all employees to ensure our employees offer excellent healthcare and maintain trust and confidence.
The intention is that potential cases of misconduct are dealt with:
- At an early stage
- With a view to resolving problems as quickly and fairly as possible
- With the intention of helping the employees to learn improve and to prevent recurrences
- In accordance with the principles of a Just and Learning Culture.
