We encourage doctors across all grades and specialties to join the NNUH Medical and Dental Staff Bank and work anything from a few extra shifts a month to full-time flexible hours.

Staff Banks for Admin and Other Healthcare Professionals

Our Temporary Staffing Team welcome individuals to apply to join our Staff Bank, to work on a flexible contract with hours that suit them.

Healthcare Assistants

• If successful at interview, you will be offered a place on our Healthcare Assistant training programme, consisting of two-weeks classroom and ward based training. Following successful completion of the course, you will be invited to register with the Nurse Bank
• Once you’re registered with the Nurse Bank, you can start picking up shifts and will be supported in post by the Temporary Staffing team, with regards to bookings, training, increments and more. Some specialty areas require additional training before you can commence working there, which can be provided by our fantastic Clinical Educator Team. • Once you’re registered with the Nurse Bank, you can chooseto apply for a vacant position on a contract of employment or to continue working flexibly via the Bank

Admin and Clerical

• We recruit Band 2, 3 and 4 A&C staff, to work across a variety of roles and departments in the Trust
• Available jobs often include: Receptionists; Divisional Administration; Support Secretaries; Medical /Senior Medical Secretaries; Housekeepers; Ward Clerks; Personal Assistants; Recruitment/HR/Finance Administrators
• Ability to pick up shifts as and when, or for set periods at a time
• A Booking Team to support you with your preferences for job role/working hours/days
