Referrals

There is an open referral policy for the Stoma Care Service that can be freely accessed by patients, carers and health professionals.

Referrals are accepted via telephone or letter and will be dealt with promptly.

Inpatients should be referred on ICE using the SPOR system.

We run Stoma clinics in the Physiology and Outpatient Departments at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital four times a week.  These clinics are open to all those with a stoma and an appointment can be made by contacting the Stoma Care Department directly.

Monday       14:00 – 16:00   Physiology/Surgical Outpatients

Tuesday      13:30 – 15:45   Physiology Unit

Tuesday*     13:30 – 15:45   Cromer Hospital (Alternate weeks)

Wednesday  14:00 – 16:00 Surgical Outpatients

Friday          13:45 – 15:45  Physiology Unit

* In order to run the Cromer clinic we need to have two patients booked in. If you wish an appointment at Cromer please ring to find out what dates it is running.
