Information for referring GPs

Referrals for the following services should be sent to:-

• Physiotherapy
• Occupational Therapy
• Dietetics

If you usually send therapy referrals to your local provider please continue with this process.

Please be aware there are no occupational therapy neurology services at the NNUH therefore you will need to refer to your usual local community provider for this service.
