Advance Care Planning conference on 8 May
Our palliative care team will be running an Advance Care Planning event on 8 May 2024, which will involve partners from across palliative and end of life care in Norfolk.
The ‘Getting your House in Order’ conference will take place at the John Innes Centre and involves hospices across Norfolk and will also be live streamed.
It is sponsored by the N&N Hospitals Charity.
