Art Exhibition in aid of Friends of NNUH

Friends of the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (NNUH) are hosting a Charity Art Exhibition and Sale at The Forum, Norwich from Wednesday 21st – Sunday 25th August 2013, opening daily from 9 am – 5 pm with free admission.

The exhibition presents a variety of original paintings and is designed to appeal to a range of art tastes. All work will be by local artists, including established artists such as Graham Howlett, Liz Balkwill, Bunty Gotts, Sarah Cannell and Graham Dunthorne alongside other talented artists some of whom come from within the Hospital community. All artwork will be on sale with the proceeds from the exhibition going to the Friends of NNUH to support the work of the Hospital.

Pat Larter for the Friends said ‘Organising this exhibition has been a delight. Everyone has been so generous with their support, we will have some great work on show and we look forward to welcoming many visitors throughout the duration of the event.’

The exhibition will be officially opened by the Sheriff of Norwich, Mr Graham Creelman, and the Sheriff’s Lady, Mrs Vivica Parsons, at 6.30 pm on Wednesday 21st August.

Louise Cook, NNUH Fundraising Manager, said ‘We are incredibly grateful for the support the Friends give to the hospital and look forward to a very successful art show.’
