Dementia Awareness Week 2016 Social media pack

The theme of Dementia Awareness Week at NNUH this year is ‘This is Me’. In a bid to increase awareness of the This is Me booklet posters.  As part of the awareness campaign we will be utilising social media and encourage others to do so too.
