Christmas Bauble Appeal to support Jenny Lind Children’s Hospital

The Norfolk and Norwich Hospitals Charity has launched its Christmas Bauble Appeal to help decorate our Christmas tree and raise money for the Jenny Lind Children’s Hospital.

For each donation, we will hang a bauble on our tree alongside a message from you to remember someone special or to celebrate some good news.

Our tree is situated outside our Charity Hub in the East Atrium Level 2 and will remain in place throughout December until Twelfth night on January 5.

You might have your own reason to hang a bauble – to thank a family member, a friend or a member of staff for their support.

We are asking for a donation of £5 for each Christmas message which will be displayed alongside a bauble on our tree.

All donations will go towards helping more parents to stay near their babies and children while they are being cared for overnight in the Jenny Lind Children’s Hospital.

Lynn Crombie, from the N&N Hospitals Charity, said: “We know from parents how difficult and frightening it can be to have a child in hospital, without the added worry of finding somewhere to stay close by.

“We are always so grateful for the support we receive from the public and businesses and we hope you can help us make this time a little easier for parents so please support our Appeal this Christmas and hang a bauble and message on our tree.”

Please email charity@nnuh.nhs.uk if you would like to make a donation to our Bauble Appeal and send a message to someone special or visit the Charity Hub in the East Atrium Level 2.
