Local hairdresser and qualified trichologist Jo Jordan will provide information and support about cancer-related hair loss and techniques to promote hair regrowth. She will also be able to support and advise around wig choice and alternative headwear options depending on what you would like from the session.

Please be aware that this service is free of charge. If you are interested in having a wig, please note that all wigs on offer are donated to the centre and could be second hand. All wigs are cleaned and brushed prior to the appointment. If you cannot find a suitable wig, we will support you in exploring other available options. Should you select a wig, and it needs styling you will need to arrange an appointment at Jo’s salon in Holt following your consultation at the North Norfolk Macmillan Centre, this will also be free of charge.

We have a selection of headwear available within the centre that you are welcome to try, many of which are free of charge. We do have some sample headwear that you would be welcome to try on. For this we will provide ordering information, and we have some discount codes available too.
