Professional Expertise: I am the Consultant Medical Oncologist for Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and James Paget Hospital and I ensure a high quality chemotherapy delivery service across the Cancer Network. I undertook my specialist training at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London and Weston Park Hospital (specialist cancer centre) in Sheffield and during this time I gained an MSc in Oncology at the University of Nottingham. One of my achievements since starting at NNUH in 2003, was the introduction of the scalp cooling cap which prevents hair loss in patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment.

Personal profile: I am married with a son and enjoy chess, skiing, skating and scuba diving.
