A new non-executive director, Nikki Gray, has been appointed at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH). Nikki, who joins the Trust this month, is a chartered accountant with extensive, senior experience in the financial services sector.

Tom Spink, Chair of NNUH says: “I am very pleased to welcome Nikki to the Trust Board. Her considerable hands-on experience in building teams, delivering significant change in large organisations and developing and implementing new business models will be of enormous value to the Trust.”

Nick Hulme, Interim Chief Executive of NNUH says: “Nikki will be a great addition to our team. Her commitment to the area and her many links across the community will be a great asset to us.”

Nikki adds: “I thrive on collaboration and work best when delving into opportunities and problems with groups of like-minded people. I am delighted to be joining as a non-executive director and can’t wait to meet the hospital teams and our wider partners on the Integrated Care Board.”

Nikki has lived with her family in Norfolk since 2001.

The appointment was made by the Trust’s Council of Governors.
