Cyber Code of Conduct v13
Overview
The Cyber Code of Conduct ensures that the Trust is meeting its legal and regulatory oblligations towards Information Governance and Information Security. It tells users what can be done on the Trust network . This policy covers the use of Trust provided computer equipment including but not restricted to PCs and laptops Internet and Intranet access and use and internal and external email access and use. Breach of any of the restrictions below could result in the instigation of the Trust’s Disciplinary procedures and could give rise to criminal and/or civil liability. Fraudulent or serious misuse of the system could in certain circumstances amount to gross misconduct.
Any suspected fraudulent use or serious misuse of Trust computer equipment must be referred in the first instance to the Head of Digital Health and potential escalation to the Local Counter Fraud Specialist.
