Misconduct Policy v6.2

We expect high professional standards of conduct and behaviour in line with our PRIDE values to ensure excellent healthcare and maintain trust and confidence.  The Trust embraces the principles of a Just and Learning Culture which provides an environment where we put equal emphasis on accountability and learning. It is where we ask our colleagues to give an account of how an event happened what it meant to them and what support is needed by those affected by the event both directly and indirectly.  The objective of the policy is to outline the approach to be taken by the Trust when it is necessary to take action in respect of misconduct.
