Workforce Race Equality Standard WRES Report 2024
Overview
The Workforce Race Equality Standard WRES is the means of helping the NHS as a whole to improve its performance on workforce race equality. The WRES has nine indicators which highlight any differences between the experience and treatment of white staff and BAME staff with a view to help organisations close the gaps. The supplementary WRES report explains the data in more detail and how the indicators have been addressed over the past 12 months.
The WRES Action Plan is a separate document which includes the WRES data and the action plan to address and improve the indicators over the next 12 months.
