The Outpatient Department: provides clinics and services, including Phlebotomy, to meet the needs of the local population and is situated on the first floor of the Hospital.
All patients attending clinics are requested to report to Out Patients main reception or use the self check-in machine.

Patients are required to bring all relevant paperwork and medication lists related to day-case, diagnostic and outpatient appointments if possible.

For general appointment enquiries and follow-up appointment enquiries such as times/dates etc, patients can contact the relevant outpatient reception areas at Cromer.
New Outpatient Appointments
All new outpatient appointments are made through a central booking system either by Choose & Book or via staff based at Rouen Road offices.
