Oral Health
The Oral Health department sees patients concerning;
- Head and neck cancer
- Salivary glands
- Facial trauma
- Facial deformity
- Temporomandibular joint (TMJ)
- Dentoalveolar surgery
- Head and neck infections
- Oral Medicine
- Implant for cancer rehabilitation and Hypodontia cases only
- Orthodontics and complex orthodontic brace treatment
- Regional cleft clinic
The department has four Oral & Maxillofacial consultants and two Orthodontic consultants. The consultants also work at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Kings Lynn and the James Paget Hospital.
All Maxillofacial Consultants are both medically and dentally qualified.
They also run a number of clinics.
Location
The department is situated on Level 2 of the West block near the west outpatients entrance, just follow the signs to Oral Health when you enter.
