Macmillan Money & More – East of England
Macmillan Money & More is Macmillan’s new financial health and wellbeing project, run by Hertfordshire County Council’s Money Advice Unit.
The new service will support people living in the East of England region (Hertfordshire, Essex, Bedfordshire, Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire) who are affected by cancer, and need holistic, tailored financial health and wellbeing support, including welfare benefit advice.
Support will be offered to People Affected by Cancer (i.e. including their carers/family members) at the following key times of need:
- At the point of diagnosis
- During treatment and recovery from treatment
- During palliative care
- At the end of a person’s life
