Pharmacy Education & Training

The Education and Training team is made of up of pharmacy professionals that work together to:

• Educate and develop trainees, registered pharmacy professionals and support staff
• Promote pharmacy careers
• Engage with our regulatory body, NHS England and education providers to ensure our pharmacy staff are at the forefront of pharmacy practice.
• Mentor and support staff that are on an educational pathway to become qualified healthcare professionals or advancement of their careers or specialism.
• Liaise the wider education and training colleagues in the Trust to develop our workforce.
• Develop, monitor and improve education and training provision.
