  • Large double room in a 3-bed house in the North Eastern quadrant of Norwich.
  • Landlady/owner is resident is a registered specialist nurse so often not around. Her son also has a room in the house but he too is usually working away from home.
  • This is an ‘estate’ location with lots of local convenience shops open until late & most with cashpoints and there are fast food outlets locally including a Fatsos and a carvery called ‘The Racecourse’.
  • There is a very local Aldi with Lidl and Tescos being the next nearest supermarkets. There is large Sainsbury’s less than 2 miles away if you prefer.
  • The parking is ‘on-street’ but on the bus route and the buses run every 20 minutes. You can walk in to the centre of Norwich in 25 minutes and UEA or the hospital would be about the same on a push bike as the cycle network is excellent locally.
  • There is a shared bathroom with bath, shower & W.C upstairs but there’s also separate toilet downstairs.
  • The room has a small fridge, desk and tea and coffee making facilities and a microwave can be provided if needed but you will also have full use of the kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine.
  • The TV in the room can be connected to a laptop or Firestick but is not connected to an aerial. Wifi is unlimited and all bills are included.
  • There is a large back garden with a lovely water feature and some outside seating but it won’t actually be finished until summer 2025 as I strive on to complete my ultimate garden haven!
  • This is non-smoking household but if you want to smoke you can go outside and stand in the covered, shared side access.
  • £150 per week, £500 per month

Short lets are absolutely accepted with a months deposit upfront. I would anticipate a maximum let of 3 months unless your training ‘placement’ requires you to be here for longer. I am not looking for a long term let.
