Information for referring GPs

  • Breast 2WW referrals to be issued via e-RS (general surgery – BREAST).
  • Referrals relating to patient’s family history should go to the Family History Clinic under Dr Hannah Rawlins.
  • Prosthetic breast replacement requests can be made directly by the patients by calling 01603 641123
  • Queries relating to routine three yearly NHSBSP screening to be directed to the Breast Screening Department at the Norwich Community Hospital on 01603 287777 or norwichbreastscreening@nnuh.nhs.uk  (Please note routine screening cannot accept referrals).
  • Referrals for Very High Risk screening will only be accepted from a genetics service or BARD.
