Data Protection Impact Assessments
A Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) is a process to help the Trust to identify and minimise the data protection risks of a project.
The Trust undertakes a DPIA for processing that is likely to result in a high risk to individuals. The Trust maintains a register of DPIAs it has undertaken.
Copies of our Data Protection Impact Assessments are available by contacting our Data Protection Officer – Vimmi Lutchmeah-Beeharry at info.gov@nnuh.nhs.uk
Data Security and Protection Policies
Accountability is one of the data protection principles – it makes the Trust responsible for complying with the UK GDPR and says that it must be able to demonstrate its satisfaction with the UK GDPR.
The Trust has put in place appropriate accountability measures and records in place to be able to demonstrate its satisfaction with the UK GDPR. Our Accountability obligations are ongoing, reviewed and, where necessary, the measures it puts in place are updated.
To find out more about the measures the Trust has put in place such as its policies, processes and systems, information can be obtained by contacting our Data Protection Officer – Vimmi Lutchmeah-Beeharry at info.gov@nnuh.nhs.uk
