Anticoagulation Service

The Anticoagulation Team consists of a consultant supervised group of specialist nurses and a designated Pharmacist who provide a resource for information and advice on all aspects of anticoagulation (e.g. warfarin).

The Services they provide are as follows:-

• Fast Track DVT Service
• Inpatient Anticoagulant Dosing Service
• Early Discharge Service
• Computerised INR Service for GPs
• AF Service
• Thrombolysis Service
