What we offer
Cley Obstetrics ward is a 13-bed antenatal ward with two 6 bedded bays and 1 side room.
You may be admitted to Cley Obstetrics if you need a period of observation or are unwell during your pregnancy from 18 weeks gestation onwards.
You will also be admitted to Cley Obstetrics if your labour needs to be induced.
How do I make this choice?
Your reason for admission will be discussed with you by a midwife and/or doctor. You will be provided with additional information via patient information leaflets which can support you to make a choice about your admission to the Cley Obstetrics ward.
Location
Cley Obstetrics can be found via Blakeney Ward. West Block, Level 3.
Please use the Inpatients West and Centre entrance/s and follow the signs to Blakeney Ward.
If you are coming by car and need to park, the closest car park/s are M, N, O.
If the car park is full, spaces may be available in the public car park opposite A&E, which is operated independently.

Birth partners are permitted to stay on the ward 24 hours a day.
Visiting times are 3-6pm for any other visitors and siblings.
There is a quiet time on the ward between 1-3pm.
