Notes Required during Normal Working Hours

The Outpatient Department office at Cromer and District Hospital is manned from 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday. Staff wanting notes should check where the notes are booked to, using the health records enquiry screen, and contact the relevant telephone number. There are two courier runs per day leaving Cromer to reach Norwich at around 12 noon and 16:00. It may be possible to send urgent notes from Cromer at 17:00 with another driver.

Notes Required Out of Hours

If notes are required out of hours, contact the main switchboard at Cromer and District Hospital on 01263 513571. One of the nursing staff on duty will get the notes.  If a taxi is required to transport the notes to NNUH or another authorised location, the requesting department is expected to pay and supply a cost code for the relevant charge.
