Patient Panel

Patient Panel report

The Patient Panel has published a short report which gives an overview of some of their work from when the Panel was founded in 2019.  Patient Panel members are volunteers and work with staff to make sure that the Patient and Carer voice is heard at every level to help improve services.

Our 2022/23 NNUH Patient Panel Annual Review has also been published.

The Patient Panel is made up of a group of volunteers who represent patients, families and carers in our hospital. We’re passionate about being an outstanding provider of services for the people of Norfolk.

What we do

  • We work on behalf of all patients, carers, relatives and visitors in order to improve patient and carer experience in partnership with staff
  • We act as the “voice of the patient/carer” and a “critical friend” of NNUH
  • We contribute to the continuous improvement of quality and services delivered by the Trust ensuring that the views of service users are sought, co-ordinated, fed back and used.
