Acute Oncology & Haematology Service (AOHS)
Emergency Oncology services – Dr Ricky Fenn (Clinical Lead) and Dr Gill Gray (Lead Consultant for AOHS)
Specialist Registrars – The Oncology department also has seven Specialist Registrars who work alongside the Oncologists as part of a training programme from Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge.
Junior Doctors – Mulbarton Ward has junior Doctors who have their placements in Oncology for 6 months at a time.
Medical Students – The Oncology department supports the University of East Anglia medical students. The students observe treatments and clinics in the department.
Nursing Teams
Oncology Matron – Tracy Shaw is responsible for managing all of the Nursing services for Oncology and Haematology inpatients, outpatients, Chemotherapy outpatients and Clinical Nurse Specialist services for Haematology, Oncology, AOHS and Palliative Care.
Weybourne Day Unit – Sister Mary Ewin manages the team of Nurses in the Chemotherapy outpatient unit.
Outpatients Department – Sister Mary Ewin manages the team of Oncology and Haematology outpatient Nurses in the Colney Centre.
Mulbarton Ward – Sister Helen Payne manages the three Nursing teams on Mulbarton ward.
Oncology Nurse Specialists
Act as key-workers who provide specialist support and advice to patients who are undergoing treatments.

Radiotherapy Team
Head of Radiotherapy – Mark Gilham is responsible for managing the team of dedicated Oncology Therapy Radiographers within the Colney Centre.
Pre-treatment Radiographers – plan the Radiotherapy treatment with the Clinical Oncologist.
Treatment Radiographers – are responsible for the accurate delivery of Radiotherapy treatment to the patient on a daily basis.
Information and Support Radiographers – provide information about Radiotherapy, support and a review clinic for patients undergoing Radiotherapy.
Radiotherapy Physics – Ian Cowley is responsible for managing a team of physicists who ensure the safety and quality of Radiotherapy treatments given to patients.
Administration and Clerical Team
Administration Managers – Leanne Perry and Claudia Hackett are responsible for managing the Oncology and Haematology secretarial teams, the Colney Centre receptionists, the Chemotherapy scheduling team and patient pathway co-ordinators. Leanne and Claudia are supported by Emily Tyler, the Deputy Administration Manager.
